What is Ski à la Carte?
It is the ski equivalent of electronic tolling!
I take out an annual membership that lets me ski with complete ease across several ski areas!

How are my ski days invoiced?
My ski days are recorded automatically via the RFID chip in my card and invoiced at the end of the day. The amount is charged to the bank card saved in my personal account 👤.

I can easily cancel my membership at any time of year from my personal account 👤.

What is Ski à la Carte?
Ski à la Carte is an annual membership that makes my ski days easier.
My personal, named card becomes my ski pass: I do not need to go to a ticket office or load a ski pass before each visit.
My ski days are billed each evening and charged to the bank card saved on my account.

How does the programme work?
➔ I take out an annual Ski à la Carte membership online
I can create a group of up to 6 members. Each member has their own membership and their own card.
➔ No need to plan my stay in advance: my card is valid as soon as I take out my membership
➔ My card is my ski pass!
- No need to reload it or visit a ticket office each day
- Once I have my card, I can head straight to the slopes!
➔ I only pay for what I use!
➔ My membership is renewed automatically on its anniversary date.
Extra benefit: I keep the same card from one year to the next.
⚠️I do not lend my card to another skier, otherwise I may be fined.
⚠️My Ski à la Carte card must only be used for this programme! I do not load any other ski passes onto it, otherwise I may pay twice for my ski day.

My card is valid in 8 ski areas / 17 resorts:

How much does the membership cost?
- The Adult membership (ages 18-64) costs €29 per year.
- The Senior membership (age 65 and over) costs €15 per year.
- The Child membership is free for under-18s provided an Adult or Senior membership is taken out on the same account.

How does my account work?
My Ski à la Carte personal account is created automatically as soon as I join the programme.
I access it using my email address and the password chosen when I joined.
It contains:
- My personal details 👤
- My tribe of skiers 👨👩👧👦
- My memberships/options, ski days and other activities ⛷️
- My invoices 🧾
What information can I change?
I can easily update my postal address, phone number, payment method and password.

The surnames, first names and dates of birth of my group members, as well as my email address, cannot be changed directly. I must request this via the dedicated form available on the Personal Data page.

Can I take out a membership for someone else?
The person managing the account (the account holder) does not have to be a member or a skier.
⚠️Important, if I only take out memberships for children under 18, their memberships will not be free.
Why should I choose a "heart" ski area?
My card will be personalised in the colours of “my ski area”, and I will receive news, special offers, weather updates and snow alerts for that area. Of course, my card will work in every Ski à la Carte ski area without any action on my part.
How do I cancel my membership?
I can terminate my membership or that of a member of my tribe from my personal account 👤.

I choose one of the proposed effective dates:
• the evening of my request;

How long is my membership valid?
My membership is valid for 1 year.
It lets me ski during the autumn and winter seasons and access activities in summer.
How does automatic renewal work?
All memberships in my group are renewed automatically on their anniversary date.
Renewal is automatic and transparent: I am informed by email at least one month before the relevant membership renewal date.

How do I receive my skipass?
I choose one of the options offered when I join:
• DELIVERY BY POST: a €3 fee applies. I allow 7 to 12 working days for postal delivery.
• COLLECTION IN THE RESORT *. (View our our collection points)
⚠️* If I choose Les 3 Vallées as my “heart” ski area, delivery by post is the only available option.
(If I do not allow this time before my first ski day, a €10 card replacement fee will be charged).
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If my card is lost or stolen, I block it promptly to prevent it from being used.

A €10 card replacement fee will be charged (payable when I make the request). If I request delivery of the new cards by post, an additional €3 fee will be charged.

Does the daily rate vary by age?
No. Ski à la Carte applies a FULL-DAY rate regardless of the skier’s age. This cannot be combined with reduced half-day, 4-hour or similar rates. The Ski à la Carte rate is based on the public one-day Adult rate, with discounts of up to 40%.

How are my ski days invoiced?
Thanks to the RFID chip built into each Ski à la Carte card, each use is recorded as a ski day.
Each evening, if a member of my tribe or I used our card, one ski day is invoiced per skier. I can easily find all my invoices in my personal account 👤 🖱️ [My Activities].
The amount of my invoice is charged overnight to the bank card saved on my account.

How are rates calculated for days that cover several sectors?
• Les Arcs + La Plagne on the same day: Paradiski rate.
• Les 3 Vallées : Les Trois Vallées ski area rate, regardless of the number of sectors visited.
How are my gift vouchers used?
If they were added to my account before billing, my gift vouchers are used first. If their value is insufficient, the balance is charged to my bank card.

What payment method can I use?
- Subscriptions, adding subscribers, reactivations, associated services, postage charges and card replacements are payable by credit card only.
- Invoices for ski days or other activities, as well as for pass renewals, are debited on the same evening from the credit or debit card I used when taking out the pass (unless I have updated my payment details in the meantime).

Carré Neige Liberté insurance costs €19 per skier per year.
What does the Carré Neige Liberté insurance cover?
Carré Neige Liberté insurance only covers winter skiing and only:
- In ski areas in the Ski à la Carte network
- When using your Ski à la Carte card / ski pass
➡️ Other activities (summer or non-ski activities) are not covered.
➡️ It does not cover claims arising from a skiing accident when using another ski pass.
