How it works
I subscribe online
I choose my favourite domain and register up to 6 people on my account (1 subscription per skier).
I can also take out an insurance policy before I pay for my order.
I receive my skipass
My skicard (and those of my skiers) is sent to my home address* or I can choose to collect it in the resort** (cf ticket offices in our FAQ).
* Allow 7-10 days for postal delivery
** Home delivery only for 3 Vallées (Failure to respect this postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card.)
I go directly skiing, where I want, when I want
No need to check-in at the ticket office, nor recharge my skipass: I enjoy a direct access to the slopes!
My 1st visit to the terminals triggers the billing of 1 day's skiing, regardless of the duration of the day. Please note that if I ski in 2 different ski areas on the same day, I will be billed for 2 days.

Except Paradiski ski area (La Plagne/Les Arcs) or Val d'Isère/Tignes ski area (just 1 invoice).
Please note that your Ski à la Carte card must only be used for this programme! Please do not load other ski passes onto your card: otherwise you risk paying twice for your day's skiing.
I pay my ski days the following month
At the end of each month, I receive my invoice for my skiing days*, which will be debited on the 5th of the following month, on my credit card.
*The “Ski à la Carte” rate is a DAY rate. We do not apply reduced rates: half a day or 4 hours.

My subscription is automatically renewed, unless I decide otherwise
On October 1st of each season, my subscription is renewed by tacit renewal. (I keep my skipass, it remains the same from one saison to the next).
If I want to quit the adventure, I can cancel on my account (by September 30th, at the latest).
