SKI AREA
It's right at the center of the Alpes, halfway between Chamonix and Geneva, that Grand Massif welcomes winter sports enthusiasts on a ski area of character and contrasts. Grand Massif fulfils snow fans of all levels.
Located in the Haute-Savoie and facing the Mont Blanc, the area offers a preserved environment and a breathtaking panorama.
Tariffs:
One of the three available tariffs (Grand Massif area, Flaine or Vill4ges) will be applied depending on the area the Beneficiary used (not available for the pedestrians area, begginers area or Sixt area).
For the Beneficiary from 8 up to 14 years’old, the best available rate between Children Public rate and Ski à la Carte rate will be applied.

How it works
I subscribe online
I choose my favourite domain and register up to 6 people on my account (1 subscription per skier).
I can also take out an insurance policy before I pay for my order.
I receive my skipass
My skicard (and those of my skiers) is sent to my home address* or I can choose to collect it in the resort** (cf ticket offices in our FAQ).
* Allow 7-10 days for postal delivery
(Failure to respect this postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card.)
I go directly skiing, where I want, when I want
No need to check-in at the ticket office, nor recharge my skipass: I enjoy a direct access to the slopes!
My 1st visit to the terminals triggers the billing of 1 day's skiing, regardless of the duration of the day. Please note that if I ski in 2 different ski areas on the same day, I will be billed for 2 days.

Except Paradiski ski area (La Plagne/Les Arcs) or Val d'Isère/Tignes ski area (just 1 invoice).
Please note that your Ski à la Carte card must only be used for this programme! Please do not load other ski passes onto your card: otherwise you risk paying twice for your day's skiing.
I pay my ski days the following month
At the end of each month, I receive my invoice for my skiing days*, which will be debited on the 5th of the following month, on my credit card.
*The “Ski à la Carte” rate is a DAY rate. We do not apply reduced rates: half a day or 4 hours.

My subscription is automatically renewed, unless I decide otherwise
On October 1st of each season, my subscription is renewed by tacit renewal. (I keep my skipass, it remains the same from one saison to the next).
If I want to quit the adventure, I can cancel on my account (by September 30th, at the latest).
