So what’s the deal with carrying over your 20/21 membership?

On February 4th, we announced that your 20/21 membership would be carried over to the Winter 21/22 season free of charge, without you having to do anything at all..

You’re probably beginning to wonder how that’s going to happen, so we’ve laid out the information below explaining what the procedure will be from October 1st when it comes to renewing your Ski à la Carte membership:

> Your membership will be active from September 30th
Your membership will renew free of charge. You will receive an invoice for 0€ for the new season.

⚠️ Please check your payment details: your chosen option must be valid on October 1st.

> You have already asked us to cancel your membership
Your membership will not be renewed.
Don’t worry, a credit* will be applied to your account that can be used this winter.

*the amount of your membership and/or the Carré Neige Liberté insurance that you paid for in 20/21.

From your account, you can use this credit to:
. Reactivate your membership
. Reactivate all, or some of the members of your ski group
. Add a new skier

(credit deducted automatically from your invoice)

A new section has been created in your account, so that you can see the credits provided:
go to Menus [My account] then [My Invoices].

If you don’t think you’ll be able to ski this winter, don’t worry, your credit will remain in your account and can be used at a later winter season.

The Carré Neige Liberté insurance that you took out last winter will also be carried over.
