My subscription

  • How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription for adults (18-64 years old) costs €29 per season.
The subscription for seniors citizens (65 years and over) costs €15 per
season.
It's free for juniors* (less than 18 years) purchased in conjunction with at least 1 adult or senior subscription.

 * Subscription  possible from:
- 5 years old for Les Arcs, Peisey, La Plagne, les 3 Vallées
- 6 years old for Serre Chevalier
- 8 years old for Grand Massif Domaines Skiables, Val d'Isère, Tignes

 

  • I do not ski myself but I want to take out a subscription for my children. Is that possible?

Of course! The subscriber does not have to actually use the skipass.
 

  • How long my subscription is valid?

The subscription offers you to access on the Ski à la Carte network's ski areas during Autumn and Winter season, from November to May (take a look at each resorts pages on our website to know opening dates).
The subscription is renewed by tacit agreement at October 1st, every year.
The subscriber will be informed, by email, at least 1 month before the expiry date of his Subscription(s).

 

  • Why should I choose a "favorite" ski area ?

Your skipass will be designed with its colors and you will receive informations on the ski area, his News and Highlights, good plans, weather / snowfall alert.
 

  • would like to add a subscription on my account.

You can subscribe up to 6 people on your own account. Go to your account, My skiersAdd skiers.
 

  • How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don't want your subscription to be renewed, you can cancel it from your account (My skiersManage my skiers).
 

  • Is it possible to withdraw my subscription?

Subscription (and services) is not subject to the application of the right to withdraw provided for in articles L.221-18 onwards of the French Consumer Code on Distance Selling.
 

  • If I terminated my subscription, can I reactivate it later?

You can reactivate one or several cancelled subscription in the middle of the season. Go to your account, My skiersManage my skiers.
No need to ask a new card ; you can use the one you received when you joined us the 1st subscription.

 

  • Where can I find the Ski à la Carte Standard Terms and Conditions of Subscription?

You can download the file on the order form (step 5 "Summary") and on the website, section Standard Terms and Conditions.

 

My skipass

Remember: a unique skipass for skiing in 8 exceptional ski areas!
No check-in at the ticket office, no need to reload skipass.

  • Do I have to charge my skipass before I go skiing?

No, once you've got your card, there's nothing more to do!
Everything is already programmed; your card will be active in the 8 Ski à la Carte areas.
Please note: your Ski à la Carte card must only be used for this programme!
Please do not load other ski passes onto your card: otherwise you risk paying twice for your ski pass.

 

  • Do I need a photo on my skipass?

No but your skipass is non-transferable: it just features the surname and first name of its holder.
 

  • How can I pick up my skipass?

2 different ways:

  • BY POST. The sending of the skipasses will start in November (For Tignes: in October).
    You should allow 7 - 10 days for it to be delivered.

     
  • FROM THE RESORT*. (cf more details in the folowing section Ski Areas)
    * 3 Vallées : No pick-up point / only by post. (Failure to respect this postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card).

 

  • I have lost my skipass. How can I cancel it?

If your pass is lost or stolen, you have to cancel it so that your pass(es) cannot be used by anyone else.
There are two ways of doing this:

  • by going to your account, My skiers, Manage my skiers, [Block]
  • By phone on 33 4 79 75 36 15

You can replace one or more passes that you have already cancelled.
The cost of a replacement pass is €10, paid at the end of the month.

  • My pass does not work and seems to be faulty. What should I do ?

Please go and visit one of points of sale in the resorts (cf their website).

 

  • Do I need a new skipass each year?

Your card will not be changed as long as you do not cancel it (lost or stolen card,...).

  • In which ski areas can my card be used ?

Your skipass can be used on 8 ski areas / 18 resorts:

 

  • Where can I pick up my skipass?

Please note: No collection point for les 3 Vallées. Please allow 7 working days for delivery within France and 12 working days for delivery outside France.
Failure to respect this postal deadline between the date of purchase and your 1st day of skiing will result in a charge of €10 per replaced card.

 

Rates

  • How much does the subscription cost?

The subscription for adults (18-64 years old) costs €29 per season.

  • Is there a different price for adults, seniors or children for Ski days?

No, we only apply a DAY rate, whatever the age of the skier, which cannot be combined with the reduced 1/2 day or 4 hour rates.
The Ski à la Carte rate is based on the public 1-day Adult rate, on which we apply discounts of up to -40% every day of the winter season.


NB for the Les Arcs/La Plagne Areas:
If you switch from one of the areas to the other on the same day, the Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based on "Paradiski" rate
.

NB for the Tignes/Val d'Isère Ski Areas:
The Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based exclusively on the "Tignes + Val d'Isère Ski Area" rate, regardless of the number of passages and whether the Beneficiary has skied in all or part of the said Ski Areas.

NB for the Trois Vallées Ski Areas:
The Ski à la Carte day rate in force is based exclusively on the "Trois Vallées Ski Area" rate, regardless of the number of passages and whether the Beneficiary has skied in all or part of the said Ski Areas.

NB for Grand Massif Domaines Skiables and Les Arcs Ski Areas:
These 2 areas offer children's rates. Please consult the price calendar for these 2 areas.

My Account

  • How does my account work?

Your account is the place where all the information about you (and your skiers) is recorded.
You can access this space at any time by entering your email address and the password you chose when you ordered your pass(es).

Here you can find:

  • Your subscribed skiers personal information
  • Your tribe (subscribe new skiers, insure new skiers)
  • The days you have skied: a reminder of the place and date of the days you have skied, invoices, payments etc
  • People you have recommended (monitor your benefits)

Any information concerning your bank or personal details (address, password) can be easily updated in your account, in My personal detailsModify my details.

Only the full name and date of birth of the member and the subscribers of the account cannot be changed. If you wish to request a modification, you have to use the form available on the PERSONAL DATA page.

 

  • I cannot remember my password. How can I get it sent to me again?

When you sign in to your account, click on [Forgot your password?]. An email will be sent to you. Click on the link (this link could be used once and is only available 24 hours) and change your password).
 

 

Services & Benefits

  • How does the sponsorship work?

It is easy!
When your friend subscribes and orders a skipass in the same ski area as you, he/she indicates and valides your email* and gets a special discount on his/her subscription.
You will get a discount off your ski days on your favorite ski area, invoiced the month following your friends subscription.

Furthermore, sponsorship has a snowball effect: each skier registered on your friends account brings in sponsorship bonus!
You can access a list of all the people you have recommended, how many subscriptions have been taken out and the total amount of bonus you earned, in your account, on My sponsorship.

*Your Ski à la Carte Member account must be active at the time your child signs up for membership.

 

  • How does my loyalty bonus work?

The more I ski in the 8 resorts in the Ski à la Carte network, the more Loyalty Days I get: my 9th day* is €1, as are all subsequent 5th days* during the current winter season! (Excluding ski days at the 3 partner resorts).

*Please note that the Loyalty Days counter is reset to 0 with each new winter season.

 

  • Can I receive my invoices by post?

Yes, you can use this additional service, which is billed at a supplement of €25 a season.
This service is invoiced at the end of the month of subscription and debited on the 5th of the following month.

Do not forget that you can easily print / download your invoices from your account on sections My Account, My invoices.
At the end of every month’s skiing, an email will be sent to you telling you that your invoice/s is/are available.

 

  • Can I cancel this additional service?

Subscription (and services) is not subject to the application of the right to withdraw provided for in articles L.221-18 onwards of the French Consumer Code on Distance Selling.
 

  • Can I subscribe to ski insurance?

Yes, Ski à la Carte sells a dedicated insurance. See all the details in the following section.

 

Carré Neige Liberté Insurance

  • Do I need the Carré Neige Liberté insurance for all the skiers I subscribed?

For each of the subscribed skiers, it's up to you whether you opt for the CARRE NEIGE LIBERTE insurance option when you request your skipass(es). Obviously, if you already have insurance, there is no point in subscribing to this again.
 

  • How much does Carré Neige Liberté insurance cost?

It is also very reasonably priced at only €19 per season and per skier.
The insurance is renewed by tacit agreement on October 1st, every year, with the subscription(s).

 

  • Where can I find the Carré Neige Liberté Standard Terms of Insurance?

You can download the file on the order form (step 5 "Summary") and on the website, section CARRE NEIGE LIBERTE.
 

  • Can I subscribe to Carré Neige Liberté insurance in the middle of season?

Yes, of course. Log on your account and go to section My skiersManage my skiers.
The insurance will be renewed with the subscription, on following october 1st.

 

  • Can I cancel an insurance?

It is not possible to cancel your insurance only.
If you do not want your insurance to be renewed the next season, you can contact our Customer Department, just after the renewal on October 1st:

  • Is it possible to withdraw my insurance?

Subscription (and services) is not subject to the application of the right to withdraw provided for in articles L.221-18 onwards of the French Consumer Code on Distance Selling.

 

Billing

  • How are my ski days invoiced?

Your visits to each of the ski areas in the "Ski à la Carte" network are recorded as days you skied on the RFID chip inside your pass.
At the end of every month’s skiing, an email will be sent to you telling you that your invoice/s is/are available.
You received 1 invoice for each visited ski area in the month.


 

Payments

  • What payment method can I use?

New subscriptions, adding new subscribers and reactivations of subscriptions (and every services as insurance) are paid directly with bank card.
Your skidays invoices, cards replacements and renewal invoices can be debited from your b
ank card.

You must ensure that your payment method is still valid.

The total amount you owe for the days you skied as well as for the days the skiers subscribed on your account skied, is always debited from the 5th of the month following the invoice.

  • How to pay my unpaid invoice?

In case of rejection of withdrawals by your bank, your skipass are blocked and you cannot use Ski à la Carte program.
You will be informed by email.

To pay, it's quick and easy: Go to your account, My Invoices, click on the [PAY] button, then pay with a bank card.
The debit of your bill is attempted immediately, and subject to the validation of your bank, your skipasses can be released immediately.

 

  • How to update my payment method?

In case of changment, you can easily update your bank details logging on your account My personal detailsModify my credit card.
